She is EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) trained Professional, with advanced specialization in trauma, neurodivergence (including autism and ADHD), borderline personality disorder (BPD), and perinatal/postnatal mood and anxiety disorders.

Alexis is also a licensed school social worker with deep experience supporting neurodivergent children in educational settings. She has served as a consultant for families navigating IEPs, 504 Plans, and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), helping parents advocate for their children with confidence and clarity.

Her professional background includes work in community mental health providing family preservation therapy and supervised visitation support, as well as experience in day treatment programs for children and adolescents, school-based social work, and intensive outpatient care. Prior to opening her private practice, Alexis spent two years at a group practice where she completed her EMDR training and developed specializations in trauma, neurodivergence, and maternal mental health.

In addition to her clinical training, Alexis brings lived experience as a neurodivergent woman and a mother who has personally navigated postpartum anxiety and depression. Her own journey informs her deep empathy and passion for working with neurodivergent individuals and supporting parents during the vulnerable perinatal period.

Now in private practice, Alexis offers both therapy and clinical supervision to pre-licensed therapists. She is dedicated to helping clients build emotional regulation, self-understanding, and resilience. Outside of work, she enjoys baking bread, practicing yoga, and spending time with her family.

Timotea Malorie Deleon, LSW, who goes by "Malorie," is a licensed social worker with a deep commitment to supporting others on their journey toward healing and wholeness. Originally from Texas, Malorie brings a rich blend of personal and professional experiences that shape her compassionate, person-centered approach. She is also a proud Latina and U.S. Air Force veteran who completed a tour in Afghanistan—an experience that continues to inform her empathy and dedication to serving others.

Malorie holds a master’s degree in Social Work and a bachelor’s degree in Community and Mental Health. Her extensive background spans oncology, neurofeedback, skilled nursing, memory care, trauma recovery, physical rehabilitation, and working in residential treatment centers with military personnel and first responders.  Malorie brings valuable experience from her time working in hospice as a social worker, where she supported individuals and families navigating end-of-life care and profound grief. Her compassionate approach helped clients process anticipatory loss, honor meaningful life stories, and find moments of comfort during incredibly difficult times. This deep work with grief and bereavement continues to inform her empathetic, person-centered care today.  Before becoming a therapist, Malorie worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant, caring for patients recovering from strokes, traumatic brain injuries, joint replacements, spinal cord injuries, and developmental disorders across outpatient, home health, and skilled nursing settings. She also served as a direct support professional for youth in state care, deepening her passion for advocacy and holistic well-being.

Malorie’s therapeutic style is rooted in open-mindedness, deep respect for client autonomy, and genuine compassion.  Malorie deeply understands the intricate connection between the body and mind, drawing on her background in physical rehabilitation to appreciate how biology and physiology impact mental health. She is committed to treating clients holistically, honoring the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—as they work toward healing and growth.  She strives to create a safe, accepting space where clients can explore their experiences, connect with their inner strengths, and move toward greater presence, peace, and purpose. She is especially passionate about trauma-informed care and feels honored to walk alongside individuals as they heal and grow.

In her free time, Malorie finds renewal through snow sports, yoga, paddleboarding, camping with her dog Delta, and traveling to new places.
